TATRO pays 100% of the premium for employee medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Additional spousal and dependent coverage is available. This coverage comes with free access to Blue Cross Blue Shield’s 24-hour Telemedicine service.

TATRO offers vision coverage through Vision Care Direct. This plan helps cover costs of eye examinations and prescription lenses.
Flexible Spending Accounts
TATRO employees have access to two different Flexible Spending Accounts. The Healthcare FSA allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for out of-pocket healthcare expenses such as deductibles, co- insurance, copays, and prescribed over-the- counter medications and medical supplies (up to a max of $2,700 per year.) The Dependent Care FSA allows employees to set aside pre- tax dollars to help pay for daycare services (child or elder) for eligible dependents (up to a max of $5,000 per year.)
Life and AD&D Insurance
TATRO provides two life insurance policies paid in full by the company. The plans total to $25,000 of coverage for all employees, $5,000 of coverage for spouses, and $250-$2,500 of coverage for eligible dependent children. Additional coverage is available for purchase by employees.
TATRO offers additional insurance options such as accident, cancer, short term disability, critical illness, and hospital confinement insurance plans through Aflac.
TATRO offers a 401K plan with a 4% company match. The plan is available to employees upon one year of employment.
